Plum Blossom Centre Inc. is a Canadian registered charity that upholds and spreads  public recognition of human rights issues.

Our Mission:

•  to  increase public awareness of human rights issues
•  to encourage respect for each other’s human rights nationwide in both the Chinese Canadian and global Chinese communities
• to establish a library and a national network in Canada to collect and disseminate information on human rights issues that closely affect Chinese Canadians

Through a variety of seminars, group discussions, and public events, we hope involve the general public and spread the truth.
